I'm new here. What do I need to know?

Services offered by Words, Style by Jo are à la carte. Simply choose the services that suit your business needs. My price list is available on my services page. I also offer monthly retainers.

I want to book your services. What do I do next?

STEP 1: Fill out the form on the Contact Jo page.

STEP 2: Once I receive your form, I'll reach out to you within 24 hours to setup a 30 minute discovery call. We’ll put faces to the names, you’ll share your needs, we’ll align on how I can help and clarify the specifics of the project.

STEP 3: I'll email you a working agreement and onboarding materials. At this time, you’ll also receive an invoice. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the value of work requested is due at the time the signed agreement is submitted.  Once this is paid, your place is secured and we can begin working together.

STEP 4: My work begins. I will be in contact with you regularly throughout the length of the project. You have two complimentary rounds of revisions where I’ll be happy to make any adjustments you see fit.

STEP 5: The final deliverables will be emailed. You'll have 7 business days from the date of final submission to pay the remaining 50% balance owed.

How long will it take?

Most one-time projects have a 14-business day turnaround time. More extensive projects may command a longer turnaround time. Additionally, extra revisions may affect turnaround times.

Are there flexible payment plans?

Yes. The initial 50% deposit is firm, however, the remaining 50% deposit can be negotiated during the discovery call process.
